Terms of Service

Last updated: March 23, 2026

1. Overview

Fast2290Filing.com (“Service”) is a paid tax filing service operated by Cryp Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or submitting a Form 2290 filing through our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

We provide managed IRS Form 2290 (Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Tax) e-filing services. A licensed tax preparer reviews and transmits your return to the IRS electronically. Our service fee covers preparation, electronic filing, and delivery of your IRS-stamped Schedule 1. The actual HVUT tax owed to the IRS is separate and is your responsibility to pay via EFTPS or other IRS-approved methods.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to file on behalf of the business entity identified in the filing. You represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for the accuracy of all EINs, VINs, vehicle weights, and other data submitted through the Service.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are displayed at checkout before payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are charged for our filing service and are non-refundable once the return has been transmitted to the IRS, except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. IRS Tax Liability

Our service fee does not include the actual Heavy Vehicle Use Tax owed to the IRS. You are solely responsible for paying the HVUT amount due to the IRS through EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System) or another IRS-approved payment method. We are not responsible for any IRS penalties, interest, or consequences arising from late or incorrect tax payments.

6. No Tax Advice

While a licensed tax preparer handles the filing, the Service does not provide tax advice, legal advice, or accounting services. You should consult a qualified tax professional for advice specific to your situation.

7. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information including your Employer Identification Number (EIN), Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs), taxable gross weights, and all other filing data. We are not liable for IRS rejections or penalties caused by incorrect information you provide.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the service fee paid for the specific filing in question.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
